Restricted Jurisdictions
TracTrader is currently a preview. Live trading, custody, escrow, settlement, transfer and broadcast are disabled for all users until launch approval, security review and compliance review are complete.
Current Live-Trading Restrictions
If live trading is enabled in the future, it will not be offered in the EU/EEA, sanctioned jurisdictions, or any region where TracTrader would need authorization, registration or licensing that it does not hold.
EU/EEA
TracTrader does not claim MiCA authorization. EU/EEA users may view public preview information, but live trading and stablecoin trading routes are not offered to EU/EEA users during preview.
Sanctions And Prohibited Use
TracTrader may restrict access from sanctioned jurisdictions and may not be used by sanctioned persons or for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for understanding whether your access to TracTrader is lawful where you live, where you are located and where you are organized.
